Stephen GeorgeBARKERof Kilburn and formerly Chaddesden Passed away peacefully on 10th October 2025, surrounded by his family. Aged 68 years.
Beloved husband of Susan, father to Claire and James, son of Doreen and George, and brother to Andrew, Susan, Mandy, and Timothy.
Steve's funeral will be held at Markeaton Crematorium, Main Chapel, on Friday 28th November 2025 at 3.30pm. All are welcome to attend the service, and to join family and friends afterwards to share memories of Steve at The Peacock Inn on Nottingham Road, Derby.
Family flowers only please. Donations if desired, may be given to the RSPCA in honour of his lifetime affection for dogs and animals of rescue.
